Independent brokers and real estate consultants who work opportunities directly rather than through an employer. The category covers two roles, Broker and Consultant. A person may hold either or both, and designates one as primary.

Verification
Professional authorisation is reviewed before role permissions are granted. Self-declaration is never accepted in place of verification.
If a professional authorisation lapses in the ordinary course, the restriction applies only to the permissions that depend on it. The identity account is not suspended, and any other role the person holds is unaffected.
Pricing
Broker is AED 99 per month and Consultant is AED 149 per month. Annual billing carries a 35% discount.
